Terms and Conditions – Stake AC Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Stake AC website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Stake AC. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through Stake AC, including but not limited to cricket betting, esports betting, virtual sports, online slots, and live casino games. Your continued use of Stake AC after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Stake AC reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via email to your registered address and/or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Stake AC account. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to participate in gambling activities. Stake AC takes this obligation extremely seriously. We conduct regular age verification checks and reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years old will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Stake AC is operated for and marketed to players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from Pakistan and that online betting is permitted in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Stake AC complies with the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When creating your Stake AC account, you must provide:

• Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• A valid, working email address that you control
• A Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTPs
• A password that meets our minimum security requirements
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 or over

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious violation of these terms and will result in account suspension. Stake AC may request supporting documentation including your CNIC, utility bills, or bank statements to verify any information provided during registration or at any point thereafter.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Stake AC login credentials. This includes your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Stake AC will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Stake AC immediately via our support team. We will take prompt steps to secure your account. Stake AC cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Stake AC is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 25,000. Verification may also be triggered by unusual betting patterns, withdrawal frequency, or at random as part of our standard compliance programme. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa registration). Failure to complete verification within 14 days of a request will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Stake AC reserves the right to apply a dormancy maintenance fee of Rs 500 per calendar month to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Fees will never reduce your balance below zero.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Stake AC currently accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and bank account)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank account)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT bank transfer to any Pakistani bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Stake AC does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. The list of supported methods is subject to change — check the cashier section of your account for the most current options.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though some payment providers impose their own caps. Deposits are credited to your Stake AC balance instantly in most cases. Stake AC does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within 2 to 4 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements. Stake AC reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before processing.

4.4 Bonus Balances and Withdrawals

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money through the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms (see Section 6). Only real-money balances resulting from completed wagering are eligible for withdrawal.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Bets can be placed via the Stake AC website or mobile browser. A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you have clicked "Confirm Bet" and received a bet reference number. You cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed. Stake AC reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or placed after the relevant event has already started.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet on Stake AC is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. For high-profile cricket events including PSL finals and Pakistan international matches, maximum single bet limits typically range from Rs 50,000 to Rs 500,000. Stake AC reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and your stake returned in any of the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being completed
• The bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical issue
• The outcome of the market cannot be determined with certainty
• The event did not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time

5.4 Cricket-Specific Betting Rules

For cricket markets at Stake AC, the following specific rules apply. In T20 and ODI matches, the match must proceed to at least 5 overs per innings for bets to stand. For Test matches, at least 10 overs must be bowled in total. DLS-adjusted results are accepted as official outcomes for all match winner markets. Rain-interrupted games where DLS is applied count as completed events.

For PSL and other domestic T20 tournaments, specific competition rules apply where stated. Player performance markets (top batter, top bowler) require the named player to be included in the starting XI. If a player does not bat or bowl due to match circumstances, the market will be settled on the actual participant who performed the relevant role.

5.5 Live Betting

Stake AC offers live in-play betting on cricket, esports, and other supported events. Live odds update continuously as events progress. Stake AC reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including during stoppages, pitch inspections, strategic timeouts, or when there is a significant risk of information asymmetry. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided automatically.

6. Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Stake AC are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. These General Bonus Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any specific terms. Where there is a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Stake AC players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as described on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus is available to one person per household, per CNIC, per device, and per IP address. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held an account with Stake AC under any identity.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Qualifying bets must be placed on markets with odds of at least 1.50 or greater. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not contribute towards wagering requirements. Accumulator bets contribute in full where each selection is at odds of 1.50 or greater.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire 30 days from the date they are credited to your account unless a different expiry period is stated on the relevant promotion. Any bonus or associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited without notice.

6.5 Abuse of Promotions

Stake AC reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated bets, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (such as zero-risk hedging across markets), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of Stake AC.

7. Responsible Gaming

Stake AC is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable, or if you feel you are spending more than you can afford, please use our responsible gaming tools or seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Stake AC players at no cost from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play reminding you how long you have been logged in.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from Stake AC for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot place bets or access game content, but your account remains open.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Stake AC for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up summaries of your session duration and net win/loss position.

8. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by Stake AC is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering with Stake AC, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Stake AC collects personal data including your name, address, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. All data is stored with 256-bit encryption on secured servers.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team at support@stakeac.com.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Stake AC and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any name, identity, or device
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information
• Using Stake AC in connection with money laundering or terrorist financing
• Exploiting technical errors in odds or payout calculations
• Exploiting live odds delays or information asymmetry ("courtsiding")
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes
• Abusing promotional terms including bonus abuse and matched betting schemes
• Charging back deposits or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Using a stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment method
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

Stake AC monitors all betting activity and account behaviour continuously. Accounts displaying unusual patterns will be flagged for manual review. We cooperate fully with financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies in any investigation involving prohibited activities.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by Stake AC

Stake AC reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your Stake AC account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance must be withdrawn. Stake AC will process your closure request within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of the closure request will be settled according to their normal outcome.

10.3 Consequences of Breach

Where Stake AC closes an account due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is confirmed or suspected, Stake AC reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to the relevant Pakistani authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stake AC provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, secure, and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Stake AC shall not be liable for any losses arising from: platform downtime, technical errors in odds or bet settlements, delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, or betting decisions made by the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stake AC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your real-money balance at the time of the relevant event. Stake AC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Stake AC's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Stake AC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to your registered address and by displaying a notification on the platform when you next log in. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Stake AC after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using Stake AC and request account closure. The terms in force at the time a bet is placed govern the settlement of that bet.
